Minnequa Shores has many great features to make our residents feel at home. Our community is gated, adding to the sense of security one achieves by living here. We have Security on duty, 7 days a week. Public transportation is also within walking distance of our complex for your convenience.
Each building has a garden level and second floor, with one and two bedroom apartments available. There is a laundry room located on the second floor in each of our twelve buildings. There is a playground area for the younger members of your family, along with picnic tables with barbeque grills throughout the complex. In addition to all the above, the Tenant-Club House has an indoor heated swimming pool open year round. For your convenience, we have maintenance on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
